"Got charged extra and kept getting policy excuses"
The order itself was totally fine, but the bill had extra charges I wasn’t expecting. When I reached out, it took a while for anyone to really look into it, and I kept getting told it was because of some policy. I still had to follow up twice before anything moved forward. it was frustrating.

"Easy Parking Made Dinner Smoother"
Parking was easy. The signs were clear, so I found a spot quickly. Since I didn’t have to drive around looking for parking, getting to dinner was simple, and leaving afterward was no hassle either

"Nice staff, quick fix"
Stayed here for one night. The staff was really nice. The front desk was friendly too. I had a small issue with my room key. They fixed it fast and did not make it awkward.

The only reason I would give 4 stars is check in. It took a little longer than I expected. Still, everyone I spoke with was polite. They seemed to care. Overall, good service

"Great weekend spot if you want everything in one place"
We stayed at the Gaylord for a weekend and, for the kind of trip where you just want to relax and not have to drive around, it was perfect. The pool area was really nice, the room was clean, and there were enough food options that we never felt like we had to leave the resort. Parking was simple too, which I always appreciate. If you’re looking for a super quiet, low-key getaway, it might feel a little busy, but for a fun and easy weekend stay, I’d definitely go back.

"Super convenient spot for getting around"
We stayed here mostly because the location was so convenient, and that ended up being the best part. It was really easy to get to restaurants, shops, and the places we wanted to check out without spending a bunch of time driving around. The stay itself was straightforward, but having everything nearby made the trip feel a lot less stressful. I’d definitely consider booking again for the location alone

"I stayed at the gaylord for a..."
I stayed at the gaylord for a weekend, the room was super comfortable. The bed had that nice balance of being soft without feeling like you sink into it, the pillows were solid, and it was quiet enough at night that I could actually relax.

Everything felt clean and well cared for, which I really appreciate because I think hotels owe guests that basic level of respect and comfort. I slept great both nights, had no real complaints, and I’d definitely stay there again

"It’s a nice enough place and I didn’t..."
It’s a nice enough place and I didn’t have a bad time, but the prices felt steep for what you actually get!! Once the extras started piling on, it got expensive fast.

"Super easy check-in"
Check-in was really quick and smooth. The staff was friendly, greeted me right away, and made sure I had all the details I needed without any hassle. I especially appreciated how clearly they explained everything so I could get settled in fast.

"Am I Missing Something, or Was the Room Not That Clean?"
The room looked fine when I first walked in, but then I noticed hair on the bathroom floor and the sheets just didn’t feel that fresh. Am I missing something, or is that kind of basic cleanliness supposed to be expected at this price? I mentioned it to the front desk and they did send someone up, but it felt rushed and didn’t really fix the overall feeling. not a great stay for what I paid

"Good dinner, but a few things stood out"
The dinner was actually better than I expected. The food tasted fresh, the portions were solid, and the service was quick. That said, I’m always a little picky, and there were a couple small things that could’ve been better, but overall I did enjoy it.
